        Leo Quentin Davis born and raised in Saint Louis, Missouri is an aspiring visual and performing artist with an exceptional eye for art and unparalleled ear for music. He has been trained in a multitude of musical genres including Classical, Jazz, Gospel, R&B/ Soul, Funk, and Blues.  He Developed an interest in woodwind instruments in middle school at the age of 13 under the direction of woodwind instrumentalist Hope Walker. It was Ms. Walker who then introduced him to Clarinet and Saxophone. Middle school was also the period of time in which Leo began to write poetry and songs. When He reached highschool his passion was developed further under The Emmy award winning Dwight Bosman of The Bosman Twins. Leo has recently begun to explore his voice in music as well and has created a niche for himself. Inspired by the visual art of photography he developed his skill through freelance photography and over the span of years 2012-2013 he decided to take his passion of photography to the greater heights.

        

        As an artist, I believe the art of freestyle is a very essential element of creativty. It allows a surplus of growth, frees your mind, and allows you to make mistakes. Even then it is those very mistakes that end up forming a beauty you never imagined.
